Responsibilities:
• Interact with customers, internal Technical Support Departments, Manufacturing Departments & QA/QC departments to develop optimal processes to handle and resolve customer complaint issues
• Resolve technology transfer issues from R&D to manufacturing
• Initiate product and process improvement activities
• Troubleshoot both internal and external customer issues
• Validate activities of product and/or process modifications in a manufacturing facility


Qualifications:
• Experience supporting compliance to cGMP's, ISO 9001 and EN 46001
• BS degree or greater in Immunology, Chemistry, Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, Virology, Biology or related field required
• Minimum 3 years of experience working within the In Vitro Diagnostics industry
• Expertise working with Clinical Chemistry, Urine Reagent Strips, and ELISA
• Strong customer service and customer support experience
• Excellent people skills/communication skills
• Great supervisory/management experiences
• Strong Excel & PC skills
• Conflict management skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to adapt to change
