Teco Customers, in order to serve you better, we have recently made some very exciting updates to our website. You are now able to create your own account on our website which will give you access to certain features meant to help you further your business relationship with Teco Diagnostics.
Once you are a registered customer you will be able to access our Technical Support System and our new File server.
Technical Support System - This new system gives you the ability to submit any technical support requests and all of your product complaints online. All submissions will go directly to the technical support department and will help us answer all of your questions and investigate your complaints in a timely and orderly fashion.
File Server - The new file server gives you the ability to access all of our product information online. This server includes specific product information like technical specifications, package inserts, material safety data sheets, and other useful product information.
